When will my order reach me?
Products in our stock are delivered to cargo within 2-4 business days, and during the campaign period, this process can take up to 7 business days. After being shipped, it is delivered within 1-2 business days depending on the city you are in. We do not ship cargo on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do the products sold on Limoya.com have a warranty?
The warranties of the products on our site are sent together. If the warranty documents are not included in the product, the warranty is not sought. Defective and defective products are replaced with an identical product within 7 business days after delivery as stated in the return conditions. Keep the invoice of your product. I encounter a problem while placing my order, what should I do?

Can I make changes to my order?
Within 12 hours after completing your order, you can reach us on WhatsApp: 0532 163 6779 (Correspondence Line Only, Answered Every Day Between 08:00 and 24:00 ) and submit your change request. If your product has not been shipped, your request will be evaluated (stock, color, etc.) and you will be informed as soon as possible.
How can I cancel my order?

When will the amount be transferred to my account after Cancellation & Refund Process?
The refund of the transaction you made with a credit card varies by bank and is made to your credit card within 20 business days. The refund of the transactions you made with EFT/Bank Transfer is made within a maximum of 10 business days. In the refund of payments made at the door, the amount is processed as shopping credit to the customer account. Change is possible in payments made at the door.
How Can I Track My Cargo?
After the products you purchase are delivered to the cargo company, you can use the cargo tracking code (shipping code) that will be sent to your e-mail address by logging into the cargo company's website.
I completed my payment by selecting the Wire Transfer/EFT option but I did not write down the information. Can I learn your account information?
EFT Information is on the order page. The transfer option is not active for all products. If the transfer option is active, it will be shown to you as an option on the payment page.
In order for your order not to be delayed during payment by EFT/Bank Transfer, you need to enter your order number in the description section of EFT/Bank Transfer transactions. You do not need to write anything else in the description section. You can see your order number on the screen after the "Order Confirmation" page. When completing the EFT transaction, it will be sufficient to write BIOMEDYA BİLİŞİM BİLG.TURZ. OTO. İNS. SAN.VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. as the recipient.

What should I do if I want to return the product?
The product to be returned must be sent to the address on the invoice within 7 days following the day your order reaches you. For returns due to any defects arising from the product, you can return the product you purchased within 7 days from the date of delivery.
It is sufficient to send the product you want to return, all copies of the invoice, the packaging is undamaged, the product is unused, not damaged as a result of usage error and all accessories, making sure that it is not a non-returnable product, and the product and invoice are sent to us via MNG KARGO .
For the validity of the return process, please fill in the return section at the bottom of your invoice and send it to us together with the product you wish to return.
